HOW I GOT STARTED
I first stepped into the gym with a lot of uncertainty and doubt, wanting badly to develop healthier habits and nurture my body better but lacking the confidence to do so on my own. After taking some classes, developing a relationship with a trainer of my own, and developing a foundation of exercise and wellness knowledge, I felt encouraged to take my health into my own hands. I started out wanting to stay busy and active in the winter months, but that gradually snowballed into a true passion for improving my fitness.
SECOND NATURE STRENGTH
The reason I decided to become a Certified Personal Trainer is I want to make a difference for those who are ready and willing to improve their health and fitness. I know what it’s like to want to make a change and not know where to start. But I’ve gained the knowledge and experience it takes to help guide others along their own journey to wellness and improved athletic performance.
I want to encourage people to embrace discomfort, to lean into the ruts and challenges that lie ahead and push through them without losing momentum. By activating that will and drive, you will become unstoppable. Working with me will keep you held accountable and motivated to achieve what has felt so out of reach. Consistency, effort, strength, and grit can all become second nature.
